Cách làm bánh trôi, bánh chay đơn giản nhất
Trong ngày Tết Hàn thực (3/3 Âm lịch hàng năm), người Việt dùng bánh trôi – bánh chay làm mâm cỗ cúng tổ tiên. Bài viết dưới đây sẽ giúp bạn cách làm bánh trôi, bánh chay đơn giản và nhanh nhất.
Nguyên liệu làm bánh trôi, bánh chay đơn giản nhất
– Bột xay: Chợ có bán sẵn bột làm bánh trôi, bánh chay với giá khá rẻ, vì vậy để thuận tiện và tiết kiệm thời gian, chị em nên mua bột sẵn.
– Đường phên: Đường làm nhân bánh trôi được cắt thành những miếng vuông nhỏ.
– Đậu xanh
– Sữa đặc
– Dừa tươi nạo sợi
– Bột sắn, vừng rang, đường
Cách làm bánh trôi, bánh chay đơn giản nhất
– Bước 1 (chuẩn bị nhân bánh chay): Ngâm đậu xanh đã bỏ vỏ trước 2 tiếng cho mềm, sau đó nấu chín.
– Bước 2: Đậu xanh chín, bạn bớt lại 1/2 dùng để rắc lên bánh chay khi ăn, phần còn lại bạn giã hoặc xay nhuyễn, sao đó cho thêm thìa canh sữa đặc vào đậu để trộn cùng, thêm lượng vừa đủ dừa bào sợi vào hỗn hợp trên sao cho dừa, đậu xanh, sữa hòa quyện là được.
– Bước 3: Sau khi nhào bột cho dẻo hơn, bạn chia bột thành từng viên bằng đốt ngón tay cái để làm bánh trôi, viên có lượng bột gấp đôi để làm bánh chay.
– Bước 4: Với bánh chay bạn nặn nhân đậu xanh sữa dừa bằng khổ bánh trôi, sau đó cũng ấn dẹt bột, cho nhân vào giữa và bọc kín, lăn nhẹ nhàng cho bánh tròn không bị hở nhân. Sau đó ấn nhẹ cho bánh chay có độ tròn dẹt.

– Bước 5: Đun một nồi nước sôi to. Nước sôi thả bánh trôi vào luộc. Khi thấy bánh nổi hẳn lên bề mặt nồi tức là bánh đã chín. Dùng muôi thủng để vớt bánh. Đổ luôn bánh vừa vớt vào bát nước nguội đã chuẩn bị sẵn để bánh không bị nhão, tròn nguyên vẹn.
– Bước 6: Bánh nguội, vớt bánh ra đĩa, chắt phần nước đọng lại ở đĩa đi. Đối với bánh trôi bạn dùng đầu ngón tay chấm vào bát vừng rang rồi chấm lên bề mặt bánh. Làm như vậy đĩa bánh sẽ đẹp mắt hơn là rắc vừng thẳng lên đĩa bánh.

– Bước 7: Bánh chay cũng luộc tương tự như bánh trôi, sau đó vớt ra bát, thường để 3 viên /1 bát. Dùng đầu ngón tay cái, hoặc thìa nhỏ để ấn dẹt phần giữa của bánh rồi để chờ làm nước chan bánh chay.
Bước 8: Nước đổ ngập bát bánh chay bạn chế như sau: Một thìa bột sắn đầy, loại thìa ăn phở, bạn hoà tan với lưng bát tô nước rồi cho vào nồi bắc lên bếp và quấy. Bạn cho thêm đường phù hợp sao cho nước đừng quá ngọt.

Bước 9: Nước bột sắn sôi, chuyển màu trong và bắt đầu sệt lại, một lúc bạn tắt bếp là xong. Chan nước bột sắn quấy chín vào bát bánh chay đã để sẵn. Sau đó, rắc phần đậu xanh bạn đã đồ chín lên trên. Tiếp đến là rắc vừng rang và thả một chút dừa nạo lên trên cùng là bạn đã hoàn thành bát bánh chay ngon miệng, đẹp mắt.
